I personally don’t like flare jeans - they just aren’t my thing anymore, but if you are looking for some nice low rise flare jeans I recommend these ones! They have some stretch to them and are a nice thick material.

My favorite flares
I already have these in April Blue but I just needed this color. These flares are so flattering and the unique placement of the buttons just makes me love them. I do have to hem them since they’re too long on me but other than that love these jeans.
