I’m 5’5 roughly 125 pounds and I got a size 5, which is a waist 27. I'm usually a size 4 in American Eagle. The fit was perfect. The length was right to the floor barefoot so with shoes it will be perfect. The design really elongates the leg. Also they hug the butt very nicely and the rise isn’t too low. It’s more a mid rise. I am obsessed! Exactly what I was looking for.
